Cannot view issues

The latest update does not allow me to view issues even though I have a subscription through the App Store. Super annoying.
Update: a month later and Im still dealing with trying to download issues. Cannot download the Feb Bowie issue. Still super annoying. It also takes weeks to get a canned email response from the rs team with no solution.
