Rolling Stone Magazine App Reviews

I purchase my subscription through Rolling Stone directly. I used to be able read on line, but something has happened, and it seems with updates that option is gone. The app wants me to now purchase each issue to read. There is nowhere on the app to put in your account number to fix the problem. Such a disappointment the whole way around

The new version wont load. Piece of sh*t.

Come on guys, test your stuff before you release it.

Each time you update the app, the issue list wants me to re-subscribe through ITunes, I am a print subscriber, but if this continues where I have to sign out and then sign in and wait ten days for the issue to get the current issue, I will become a former subscriber.

The iPhone version is much easier to read now! Thanks!

Terrible app and Rolling Stone knows it. The help section actually says to delete and reload the app when it crashes. Its the only way to read a new issue. Total waste of money

What the hell happened to this app? No longer downloads issues. Deleted app, reinstalled, no love. Argh!

This app blows. I would check the old one every day. This one is joke. RS you can do better than this. Bring back the RS News app.

This is an awful buggy app. There are no hyperlinks in it. You cant tap on a title and go there. Also, it used to be full screen from edge to edge. Not sure why the changed it. It looks terrible. Really bummed.

You continue to butcher the app

This is by far the worst experience Ive had with an app. I paid for 1 issue and it will not download. Their help is useless. I cant get a refund. Such a rip off. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app is terrible. Every time it updates, I have to call Apple to help restore the subscription.

I cant DL any issues. Its been a waste of time and space.

Use to be free for subscribers but RS decided to charge for the app. Seems short sighted and not very subscriber friendly.

I had been a digital subscriber with the former version and loved the interactive features. I thought this was the best use of a digital format for the magazines of any magazine I subscribe to digitally. I loved being able to play the music from in the app. Now its just a pdf of the print issue with no additional features (aside from a table of contents, which is the exact bare minimum I would expect.) What a waste.

Pay for a subscription, and it wont work. I have been in touch with their Customer Service department. What a joke. They really dont care. They say, "You bought it through iTunes, and it isnt our problem." I have complained to Apple, and have asked for a refund. How do they stay in business?

App has no problem taking your money for an issue but has many problems downloading what you purchased. In fact I ordered 1 only 1 issue and havent been able to download it yet. Apple needs to delete this app immediately.

Are used to be able to get Rolling Stone music news. Now Im not able to and youre trying to force me to buy magazines? No freaking way.,,.

Terrible user experience.

Not intuitive, you tap to perform a function yet it does not move to the screen where function is being performed making it difficult to know if the command was accepted. Needs some work.
